Consumer Beware Global

I have my share of problems with everything from Verizon, Ameriprise, John Hancock and in general these problems are very difficult to resolve.

I did a quick look at twitter and found a complaint about Ameriprise. Check out this link. Ameriprise is a Scam from motley fool http://caps.fool.com/Blogs/ameriprise-financial-is-a/592290

I have tried several way to resolve a problem with them but I think there are avenues to consider.
